Challenge to all supporters of the "Evaporation-Condensation-Rain" theory I propose a new alternative saying that rainwater is formed by chemical reaction proper in the atmosphere between ionized hydrogen and ionized oxygen and not by condensation water vapor from evapo-transpiration.
